My...what a beautiful brain you have! Seriously, I'm kind of obsessed with brains this beautiful specimen is no exception! This is a framed vintage histology slide of a real cat brain that came from a research lab. The brain was sectioned into super thin slices and then stained with chemicals and made into a microscope slide to be able to clearly view the different cell types, for study and research. This slide was made in 1961, and had aged beautifully. Includes black frame that can hang on a wall or sit on a shelf. Frame measures just under 5" x 4".
